I bought mine in december and just last week it stopped working the kiyoseki I really love it though it straightens my curly hair in like 45 mins, but it just stopped working it won’t even turn on and it just smells burned lol imma exchange it good thing I got the 4 yr warranty!
I had your same exact problem a few months ago and I decided to get a Sedu. IT WORKS SO WELL! I love it. I have really thick wavy frizzy hair and the Sedu makes my hair soft and straight and pretty =) and it doesn't take that long at all. You should definitely get the Sedu! and if you get this, you can just order it from folica.com, that's what I did.

alll my straigtnrs were good but the infiniti & chi are my favorite!!
the infiniti comes with a case & doesnt have a gold plate but is still ceramic!! very durable
the chi,..its great! but not that durable

if there are two tracking numbers, that means there are 2 shippments. The first on you had recieved was obviously the pouch, so the iron should come later. If ever in doubt, contact them!
