I don't believe they make permanent colored dye like that.
I used special effects when I used to dye my hair. Its all pigment and wont damage your hair, so you can touch it up whenever you need to. It lasts a long time, and if you put some of the color into conditioner and wash your tips with it, it will make the color last longer.

i dont use velcros but i do love my curling iron. i dont typically use it the way most ppl do. Instead of clipping the section into the iron, what i do is hold the section of hair and wind it on the outside of the curler, it creates a more natural curl. After u finish each section spritz it with a curling hairspray.
