Is It Safe To Flat Iron Hair After Spraying Hair Spray In It?

I have Scene/Emo hair. To spike it, this is what I do: (01) Put hair spray in it. (02) Brush a little out. (03) Flat iron it upwards so it'll spike. Doing so makes me nervous. What do you think?

It’s fine for your hair, but it’s bad for your straightener. If it ever starts pulling your hair, clean it with rubbing alcohol.
Well since you brush it out, it should be fine, it might just damage it a little more.
But if your not careful, there could be consequences. My friend loaded on hairspray and then flat ironed her bangs, and they all fell off.
Use a heat protectant first and you should be fine.

They are not really elevated. They are pretty flat. As flat as possible really. Sloping a runway upwards would actually hurt your takeoff performance as the airplane would then have to accelerate AND oppose gravity at the same time. Airplanes fly because of speed, and achieving speed it easier to do when going across a flat surface than it is when going uphill.
