What Is The Fastest Way To Flat Iron Hair?

Ok, so I have a LOT of hair, very curly/frizzy.
It's about maybe 2, 3 inches below my shoulders. Still, it takes me at least one hour and a half to get it flat ironed. It's really irritating because I see people do it in like a half hour and I just can't! It also doesn't stay straight for long, but that's not the problem XD.
Tips to do it faster?
A video would help. If not, thanks anyways.
